How does it work?

The BIF Advanced Live Experience is a 6-week program exclusively for BIF graduates.

Each week, you’ll join a 90-minute live call where we:

  • Practice the tools from BIF in real time - not just with clients, but with your own patterns of striving, avoidance, and self-doubt.
  • Tackle the hardest coaching moments together - fat loss fixation, resistance, shame, and ambivalence — by exploring both your clients’ struggles and your own reactions to them.
  • Get live feedback and support so you can experiment, make mistakes safely, and discover what it feels like to respond from your compassionate coach self.
  • Grow alongside peers in a structured container designed for practice, reflection, and personal growth.

This isn’t about piling on more theory. It’s about embodiment - becoming the compassionate coach who can back themselves in coaching, business, and life.

WEEK 01

Building Coaching Presence

Learn how to ground yourself, set group agreements, and cultivate embodied presence - the foundation of trust in coaching.

By the end of this session, you’ll be able to:

  • Understand how your presence shapes client trust and openness.
  • Use practical tools to regulate yourself before and during sessions.
  • Create a sense of safety for clients through presence, including non-verbal cues.

WEEK 02

Self Work

We’ll explore the patterns you fall back on - like avoiding hard conversations, rushing to fix things, or holding back - and practice bringing more of your full self into your coaching.

By the end of this session, you’ll be able to:

  • See how your past experiences and relationships influence the way you coach today.
  • Notice the habits you avoid (in life and coaching) and understand how they affect your clients.
  • Choose small, practical ways to show up with more openness, courage, and compassion.

WEEK 03

Compassionate Striving

Notice where the pressure to keep up, achieve more, or prove yourself shows up in your coaching and daily life. Learn how to step out of constant comparison and urgency, and start leading from the steady confidence of your compassionate coach self.

By the end of this session, you’ll be able to:

  • Recognise the signs of insecure striving -like overpreparing, self-criticism, or feeling behind - in yourself and your clients.
  • Tell the difference between chasing goals out of fear versus pursuing what genuinely matters to you.
  • Practice responding from a grounded, compassionate place instead of letting fear and comparison drive your actions.

WEEK 04

Letting Go of Unworkable Strategies

Identify the habits and coping strategies - like overworking, people pleasing, lack of boundaries - that feel safe in the moment but keep you and your clients stuck long term. Practice validating the fear underneath them, and gently open up new possibilities for change.

By the end of this session, you’ll be able to:

  • Spot the strategies that bring short-term relief but long-term cost.
  • Practice compassionate validation that helps clients (and you) feel seen without reinforcing unhelpful cycles.
  • Use Creative Hopelessness to explore what’s not working and what might be possible instead.

WEEK 05

Coaching Through Frustration & Setbacks

Learn how to steady yourself when progress feels slow, clients resist change, or you start to feel stuck. Practice turning frustration into empathy, and use affirmations to build confidence in yourself and your clients.

By the end of this session, you’ll be able to:

  • Recognise and regulate your own frustration so it doesn’t spill into sessions.
  • Respond to setbacks with empathy instead of pressure or over-explaining.
  • Identify strengths and use genuine affirmations to build confidence.

WEEK 06

Becoming Your Compassionate Self

Reflect on how far you’ve come, celebrate your growth, and write a compassionate letter to your future self. Leave with clarity on how to sustain your growth and continue becoming the coach you want to be.

By the end of this session, you’ll be able to:

  • Recognise the progress you’ve made and what has shifted in the way you show up.
  • Use reflection and self-compassion to carry your confidence forward.
  • Define your compassionate coach identity and know how to return to it when challenges arise.

LIVE CALLS

Six weekly 90-minute sessions where you’ll learn new concepts, take part in guided exercises, and apply these skills to yourself first - so you can lead with integrity.

EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING

From presence work to compassion exercises, each call helps you integrate the tools from the inside out,  so they become second nature.

Grow alongside other BIF grads who get it. You’ll practice together in a safe, supportive space where it’s okay to experiment and make mistakes.
