I’m a coach, educator, and Compassionate Mind Training facilitator who helps people work with their minds, not against them.
Over the past six years, I’ve coached many health, fitness, and nutrition professionals who were great at pushing through, but still felt stuck in cycles of overthinking, burnout, or self-criticism. Those same patterns made it harder to care for their bodies, make balanced food choices, and show up confidently in their businesses.
What I’ve learned is that motivation isn’t a mindset you have — it’s a skillset you train.
