EVOLVE SUPERVISION (Weds 9am CET)

Build the skills to go deeper with clients and become a coach that makes a real difference.

Program begins 29th June 2026.

  • 12 biweekly group calls over 6 months, built around real client cases - the ones that keep you up at night. You'll bring what's actually happening in your sessions and get support, feedback, and targeted practice on the specific moments that are hardest.
  • A biweekly curriculum covering the skills coaches aren't taught: how to handle difficult conversations, sit with a client's resistance without rushing to fix it, and navigate the ambivalence that makes body image and food work so complex.
  • Reflective practices to help you build self awareness and integration between sessions - so the learning sticks.
  • A space to practise, make mistakes, and get feedback without the pressure to get it perfect. As one coach put it: "I realised I wasn't the only one scared of saying the wrong thing."

Meet your supervisor: Maya Robinson

Trainee Counsellor (CPCAB Level 3, in progress), BEd (Hons), CNHC Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Master Trainer for The Body Project, and Mentor Lead for Been There.

I'm so much more self-assured in how I deliver my coaching - asking better questions, comfortable with silence, creating a safe space for clients to explore their relationship with food.
- Claire Jarrett
Sharing our own struggles and feeling normal in your own — that's been the biggest benefit. I'm much more regulated and present as a coach.
- Steven Lafford
Supervision has changed how I relate to myself and the people I support — I'm no longer rushing to fix clients, and I'm seeing clearer outcomes because of it.
